Pumpkin & Alpacas tickets:

Ticket includes 1 pumpkin per paying ticket holder. Additional pumpkins will be available to purchase on the day.

Children under 2's Go Free but this does not include a pumpkin.

Face Painting and alpaca treks incur a supplementary charge on the day.

No Dogs are allowed except service dogs (who must always remain on a lead).

Tickets are only valid for the date specified on the ticket. Entry on other dates or times is not permitted.

In the event of bad weather, the pumpkin patch will remain open. Please bring suitable clothing and shoes for an outdoor event.

By purchasing this ticket you accept we are not liable for any injury or damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18+) throughout the entire day/evening.

As this event is based on a working dairy farm we ask that you pay attention to signage and obey any health and safety rules. Guests under the age of 18 must not be left unattended by an adult . If we find guests are behaving in a manner that is unsafe or causing distress to others we will ask you to leave the site immediately and you will not be issued a refund. ​

Cancellations

Full refunds will only be offered for cancellations if made in advance at least 21 days before your visit date. After this no refunds or any other compensation will be issued for cancellations by you if you can no longer attend the event.

From time to time, it may be necessary for us to change or cancel confirmed bookings and we reserve the right to do so. Should a change or cancellation be required, we will endeavor to tell you as soon as possible. If there is reasonable time, you will have the option to accept the amendment for example to change your ticket(s) to a different time or date. If not, we will issue a full refund.

We accept no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
